Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope
These terms apply to all contracts concluded via www.on-click.com between On-Click and the customer.

2. Contract Conclusion
A contract is formed when the customer completes the checkout process and receives an order confirmation.

​

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT (unless otherwise stated). Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, etc.

4. Delivery
Delivery times vary and will be displayed during the checkout process. Risk transfers to the buyer upon dispatch.

5. Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. See Withdrawal Policy below.

6. Liability
We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. In case of minor negligence, only for breach of essential contractual obligations.

​

7. Governing Law
German law shall apply, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG).

​

8. Dispute Resolution
We are not obliged to participate in any dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
